The self-described "boutique" staffing consultancy focuses close, specialized attention on client needs in four specific categories – Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, Legal and Office Support. The firm leverages a staff of recruitment experts who are individually specialized in each category. For example, their Legal staffing team includes formerly practicing attorneys who have intimate understanding of the needs of client firms, and can expertly assess the best candidates.
"That's best for clients and candidates alike," says attorney recruiter Ari Epstein, "because it insures we're a capable intermediary and partner who's going to provide the best possible service to both parties. Companies have very precise needs in these areas, and qualified jobseekers usually have very particular skills. Neither of them wants to see a mismatch."
The new site includes a new logo and brand identity materials, developed by Chicago branding agency Biersma Creative.
